about Victoria

Originally from Northern Ireland, I now live in Manchester with my husband and our beloved dog, Atlas.

My interest in wellbeing began during my university years, when I was first introduced to Eastern philosophy—particularly mindfulness—as I navigated some personal challenges. Experiencing the healing impact of these teachings sparked a deep desire to share them with others. In 2017, I trained as a yoga teacher, which marked the beginning of a lifelong commitment to wellbeing and mental health. This journey has since evolved into my current path in psychotherapy.

With a continued passion for yoga and psychotherapy, I approach this work with deep care and dedication. Whether working with therapy clients or guiding yogis, I strive to offer presence, compassion, and professionalism in all that I do.
