about Victoria 

Originally from Northern Ireland, I now live in Manchester with my husband and our beloved dog, Atlas. 

​

Before training as a therapist, I have always been interested in Eastern philosophy—particularly mindfulness and loving-kindness—and became a yoga teacher in 2017. This sparked a lifelong interest in wellbeing and mental health, ultimately guiding me toward my current path in psychotherapy.
 

With a continued passion for yoga and psychotherapy, I approach this work with deep care and dedication. Whether working with therapy clients or guiding yogis, I strive to offer presence, compassion, and professionalism in all that I do.
